I have been successfully using the free version of the app and wished to purchase the full Premium course for a friend who I am helping to achieve his IELTS qualification.  
I messaged a query at the weekend and received a very prompt and helpful reply from the Chief Executive.   
He went over and above with both generosity and customer service at its very best.
A shining example of customer service … and a first class app.
I cannot recommend highly enough!
