Are you kidding me? Dump this app, replace this product and wait for this awful company to liquidate. As soon as you try to login with your pin, the app always crashes even after reboot. Tried this app on different phones too. It connects just fine to Wi-Fi but the app wont connect to the dehumidifier. It just crashes. No error messages or anything that can be used to troubleshoot. Customer service is nonexistent. Had high hopes. The dehumidifier is built extremely well and the company is based in North America but the control system is buggy and customer support is really bad. Saves going to the crawlspace for adjustments - so practical. I made the mistake of trying to connect with the app to the dehumidifier without reading the instructions, and it didn’t connect. Then after reading and following the step by step instructions in the manual - connecting and controlling from the App has been flawless ever since. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Pretty sketchy *2019-12-08, version 1.0.15* The app was easy to set up and connect. Since then it connects maybe 15% of the time. And it has the temerity to suggest my internet connection is at fault. Funny, I can stream football or movies, but an amateurish app won’t work. Reflects badly on your product. ### 2/5 — Good when it connects *2018-12-03, version 1.0.10* Nice app to remote monitor a dehumidifier. However, it connects maybe 20% of the time. Mostly get login failure message. Dehumidifier shows wifi signal is 90%, so it isn’t a wifi problem.
