I have belonged to many gyms and everyone has a program but this community has been life changing.  The workouts and food regimen Arthur has prepared for me allowed me to gain muscle and lose 15 lbs in 26 days.  Yes it was hard work but well worth it.  If you are ready for a life change this is the place for you.  There are no short cuts but Generation 3 is the path for goal successes!!!
