As Generations customer I expect customer-friendly service. I can’t continue with the previous app nor is my iPhone allowed to use this new app. Disturbing betrayal of my trust! ### 1/5 — Worst bank app ever *2025-03-12, version 9.0.5912* Title says it all. I just generally dislike this bank period but this app does nothing to redeem the bank. I cannot find basic info about my account, charges take a week to clear, I can’t even see what my daily and weekly limit is for Zelle. ### 1/5 — No a very intuitive app *2024-10-18, version 7.0.5900* The app is lacking a lot of things other banking apps have and If they do have them the interface is very dated. The app sometimes crashes however it seems the smart deposit bug has been fixed. For some reason my Zelle doesn’t connect with my bank either. Totally unsurprising from a credit union which still lacks authenticator support for their login page. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposit Constantly Broken *2023-03-08, version 6.0.5724* I’m not sure why this issue has yet to be corrected, but the fact that I can no longer deposit checks in the app, and closer branches have closed, has me contemplating taking my business elsewhere. I’d suggest opening an account with an actual functioning credit union. Always delays. You can’t get an updated balance until hours later. When it loads, which it often doesn't or takes several minutes to do, there is no ability to see your balance or any of your accounts. If you go to funds transfer, your accounts don't appear in the drop-down menu. Only external accounts. I don't even write reviews for apps. This one is just so bad I thought it was important to tell people and hopefully the developers that their app does not work and they need to get it together. I have not had any problems with this GFCU app, it does all my transactions smoothly & quickly. My needs are simple, I really need & appreciate GFCU’s attention so my money is cared for securely. Also I am very careful in using the app as I want my transactions to be handled properly. I cannot figure out what others are writing about where they are having problems. Beats me!
