Also feedback for Angel's visitors isn't updated to the current date, mine shows nothing after June. ### 3/5 — Okay, but not great *2025-10-14, version 3.4.4* My mom is in a memory care facility and we have hired a company for supplemental care that uses the Connections app. From the end-user standpoint, this app is almost worthless. The only thing of import I am allowed to see is the caregiver schedule. There are no notes available on the shift they are there for, nor is there any way to contact the caregivers who are currently with my mother. ### 4/5 — Hours added *2025-09-22, version 3.4.4* It’s a decent app, but it needs to have a tally every day of hours worked or at the end of the week say you worked 27.5 hours or 40 hours. As the salesperson for a Homecare agency, I enjoy the ability to input client info, and not have to rely on office staff. It helps with accuracy. One downside is that occasionally, the app does not save a call center note. Where do I go to see my schedule or pick my shifts. This was a great ideal simple yet well put together. Especially for people who don’t really know how to use certain apps on there phone or even know how to use apps at all. If that’s all that’s out there for home healthcare, then so be it, but that would make it a sad state of affairs. WiFi was fine but app crashes, freezes or pages load but didn’t respond. Make buttons for submitting or cancelling signatures further apart. I hit cancel but it submitted the signature anyway. Make it an option not to get double messages from app and personal email. I don’t want all these messages. Can’t sign in can’t log in or out of shifts. Have to re start the app or my phone. It’s been a pain. Especially when I only have 30 minutes to get from one location to the next and it isn’t letting me clock out. Hopefully an update will be coming soon to fix this problem. For example: -Users are NEVER able to ‘log in’ via the app. GPS can NEVER be located. That’s even after troubleshooting as the site suggest. -The system constantly bumps users off and doesn’t remember your log in. Maybe that’s a safety/privacy function. It’s great! I use it to log in/out of my shifts; I see my schedule, messages, notifications. I see and able to bid on available shifts, read and write care notes. It’s all in the one app! Not having to go to different sites to sign and then another to see care notes it’s very convenient and centralized. I’ve had no issues or problems with app. It’s never frozen or not available. The automatic alerts are great in case you forget to log in or log out. It makes forgetting to complete charting impossible. Overall, I think it is fairly easy to use. It gives me what I need to know about a client (as long as his/her information is entered) before I see the client. It tells me what tasks I need to be doing with each client. I like being able to log in and out with my phone. Maybe there are more things this app could do, but from what little experience I have had with it, I don’t know what else would be helpful. It seems to cover the basics of what I and my supervisor need. I had it go offline this morning when I tried to log out but I either refreshed it or went out of it and came back into it and it went back online. My phone indicated full internet which is way more than I get at home most of the time. That’s the only issue I’ve had and that may have more to do with my phone than the app. I really like it. It’s easy, convenient and doesn’t take long to use. This is far better and easier to use than EPIC was for hospital professional note documentation was when I was a registered dietitian. I like simple and easy.
