Thank you, Sandy Champlin ### 2/5 — Don’t like the change *2025-02-28* New app view is terrible ### 1/5 — can't even get registered - constant errors *2024-12-19* either it says "system error - try back later" or it says "we are unable to validate your account" - I literally made an account with Generations bank because my other bank's mobile app never worked right and I had to keep driving to the bank to deposit checks instead of being able to use mobile deposit- so after a lot of hassle opening my generations bank acct (took WEEKS for customer service to respond to email) I finally get it opened and I can't even enroll in online banking, which was the exact reason I even opened this account- people this is the year 2024, get it together! It’s a pain, but to keep my account back online (now it doesn’t recognize my username.
