What you can do with the Genesis Broadband app:

- Pay your bill* with ease – Make secure payments directly through the app 
- Update personal details – Keep your contact information current in just a few taps

A FRESH LOOK FOR YOUR APP
The Genesis Broadband app has had a freshen-up, with a new look to match our new Genesis brand.
It’s still the same app, with all the same handy features.
No need to download a new app. Just update it when prompted. You may be asked to log in again – just use your usual details.
 
What about the Aginet app?
Nothing’s changing with Aginet. It’s a separate app for managing your modem and Wi-Fi, so keep using it as usual.
