Genesis is an app for listening to stories from philosophy, religion, poetry and history. Each story is narrated and set in a world of its own, with music and sound effects beneath the voice. Listen your way. Choose how a story sounds: Cinematic, Balanced, or Pure for the voice alone. Turn the music and effects layers on or off, and set the speed anywhere from half to double. Read along. Open the transcript to follow the story one line at a time, with its world still in view. Find your next story. Browse the four genres, search by title or author, and keep the stories you like in your library. Home picks up where you left off. Shaped around you. Tell Genesis what brings you to it and when you like to listen. It suggests stories to match and can remind you at the times you choose. Stop when you want. End the story after a set time, at a chosen time of day, or at the end of an episode. Pick up anywhere. Your Parafield account keeps your library, listening progress and profile, so they follow you to a new phone or a reinstall. Genesis keeps playing in the background and on the lock screen, in a light or dark theme. ## Key features - Immersive narrated stories - Customizable soundscapes - Adjustable playback speed - Follow along with transcripts - Personalized story recommendations - Offline listening support - Cross-device library sync ## Is Genesis by Parafield safe?
