### 3/5 — Can’t see submitted claims immediately

Once submitting a claim, it doesn’t appear in the current claims section of the app until it has been processed by the claims department sometimes only days later and there is also no email communication stating that it would only be visible later, which isn’t a very user friendly experience. I think it would be better if the claim can show under current claims with a status of “in review” or “audit in progress” or something of the like instead of just not having it there and the client having to phone in to find out where the claim is. Hoping that the app can be improved in this way. Other than that  it’s stellar!

Cool app, so simple!  I really like the member card. Transitions the old and the new!
