## What is Genesis Pro Find?

Genesis Pro Find connects Clients and service Providers in one organized workspace for local service work.

FOR PROVIDERS

Manage Client records, prepare Estimates and Invoices, record payments and use Floor Calculator with Basic. Create a draft Change Order from an existing Invoice for additional scope, then send an approval request to the Client. Creating or sending it does not change the Invoice total; Client approval applies the change.

Eligible Construction Providers can choose Pro for Projects, Schedule, Work Orders, Material Lists, files and photos, job requests, private text conversations, reviews and Financial Control. Pro includes the Basic tools. Organize Work Orders with checklists, specifications and material lines. Work Order completion is an operational status; commercial approval belongs to the Client.

FOR CLIENTS

Find local Providers, send service requests and keep Estimates, Invoices, shared documents and messages connected to the work. Review and approve or reject a requested Estimate or Change Order from your authorized Client account or supported secure email link. Client accounts are free.

PROVIDER SUBSCRIPTIONS

Basic and Pro are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. Pro requires eligible Construction Provider onboarding. A 7-day free introductory trial is available to eligible Apple Accounts when offered by Apple. The purchase sheet confirms trial eligibility, the localized monthly price and renewal terms before purchase. If the trial is offered, the subscription renews at the displayed monthly price after the trial unless canceled. Otherwise, the displayed monthly price applies. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account. Use Restore purchases to recheck an eligible existing purchase for the same Genesis Provider account.

Genesis Pro Find accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older.
