Regarding viewing schedules further out, there is an existing feature that may help. We recommend reaching out to your supervisor or Genesys Cloud administrator to see if the “Possible Shifts” feature is enabled for your organization. This feature allows you to view the probability of being scheduled at specific times on days where a schedule has not yet been published. ### 2/5 — Almost had it *2025-06-02, version 2025.05.9870* It runs a lot smoother now but for some reason week view isn’t displaying all of my shifts for that week! It didn’t used to be like this but they must have updated the app or something. Despite ticking boxes to remain logged in, it often requires logging in multiple times a day when attempting to use it. The sign in process is super long and annoying due to security reasons. It’s been like this for almost 2 years and the app has never needed an update. However, some organizations may apply shorter session timeouts based on their internal policies, which can cause more frequent sign-ins than what is set by default. These decisions are often made to meet specific security or compliance requirements. So thank you for that! But it logs you out and forces you to resign in after a couple (3-4 ish ) of hours. Which ultimately becomes annoying and inefficient at times. And lastly, just on May 14/15 - The app will only show 6 hours of your day in the day schedule. Nothing changes even if you log in and log out/ refresh.
