## What is Genetiqo Vault?

Genetiqo Vault is a private, on-device treatment journal for adults who want a clearer record of prescribed routines, symptoms, labs, metrics, notes, and appointment summaries.

Keep the day-to-day details in one place, review changes over time, and turn a selected date range into a concise Visit Brief. Visit Brief is generated entirely on your iPhone with local rules—no account, API key, or external AI service.

Use Genetiqo Vault to:
- See today's treatment routine at a glance
- Keep logs, symptoms, and reminders together in Journal
- Review manually entered labs and metrics in Trends
- Import selected Health app trends as local metric entries
- Generate an on-device Visit Brief for an appointment
- Review 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, or custom date ranges
- Export and share PDF or CSV reports when you choose
- Add optional photo notes
- Protect your journal with app lock
- Export or erase local journal entries from Settings

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Genetiqo account is required. Journal entries, Health app imports, photo notes, and Visit Brief generation stay on your device. The app includes no ads or third-party analytics trackers, and Genetiqo does not sell health data. Apple processes subscriptions.

Some features require an auto-renewable Genetiqo Vault Pro subscription. The app shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms for your App Store storefront before purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
