## What is GenFit?

GenFit helps you log workouts and meals and keep a clear fitness history.

WORKOUTS
• Browse and run workouts with sets, reps, and weight
• Use a rest timer while you train
• Review past sessions in your workout history

NUTRITION
• Log meals with calories and macros (protein, carbs, and fat)
• See today's totals at a glance
• Keep a simple meal history

PROFILE
• Set your fitness goal, activity level, weight, and height
• Sign out or delete your account and associated data at any time

GenFit is a free fitness logging tool. Participating gyms provide accounts at no charge for app access. A gym may separately charge for real-world facilities or in-person services, but those charges do not purchase or unlock digital content in the app.

A gym-provided account is required; there is no public registration in the app. All digital features are free, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium features, or paid digital content.
