### 1/5 — They clearly need to straighten out their program

The support phone number gives no support. All I was able to do multiple times was leave a message that was not returned for hours or the next day. Even when I had an appointment scheduled. The therapist didn’t show so I tried to call, had to leave 1 message because they don’t answer. 30 minutes later I get a message in the app that I did not show and I have been sitting there with the app open on iPad for 35 minutes. So I try to call their phone number again, plus I sent a message in the app. No response, so I left another voice message on their support phone number. An hour after my scheduled appointment I gave up and got in the car to pick up my 10 year old cousin. They had two phone numbers to reach me on and didn’t call either one or call me back until over an hour after the appointment time when I was driving. Then they argued with me that I did not show for the appointment….which was strange because she referenced all my messages sent during the scheduled time when I was trying to get hold of someone. She insisted they did try to call me, but when I checked the call log on both my phones there were no calls from them on either phone. They are very unorganized. She continued to argue with me insisting they called me and I wouldn’t answer. I told her don’t want to deal with a company that treats their clients like this and she hung up on me.

I’ve been using this app to rehab a reverse shoulder replacement for two months. It was outstanding until it was updated a week ago and I can’t get it to work properly at all. 
I’m so disappointed. 
Don’t fix something if it ain’t broke. 😔

Everything this app attempts to do can be done as or more effectively with a mirror.

The only possible use is it’s feedback to a healthcare provider.

The tracking feature is buggy and glitchy and doesn’t work much of the time.

Overall a frustrating waste of time and space on my phone.

PT Genie seems to work pretty well for shoulder rehab. However, I miss seeing a real person periodically and do think in person PTs push you more. I get tired of the repetitive prompts (you’re half way there! Good job!) and also wish the voice would tell you when time’s up, not just to start now and you’re half way there!

Can’t say enough about the good ladies that I’ve dealt with on here. Become like family very concerned and very knowledgeable with quick responses to questions and instantly  knew the anatomy and physiology. Shauna, Ariel, Brittan and Shilpa were amazing, and considerate of my often lack of participation due to a very busy work schedule. Highly recommended.

This is way more convenient way to do my home exercises. Keeps me on target, compliant, and I have a whole team to answer questions and adjust my plan. So happy my doctor uses this!
