It has harder questions than the ones in my school. the AI sometimes marks my answers wrongly, but it doesn’t happen a lot. I also get motivated by the things they sell on the bubble store. I had my doubts as there were many negative reviews but I personally enjoy it! *2024-07-30, version 4.8.8* At first, I was dying to try Geniebook as I really wanted some items in the bubble store, but I got slightly put off after reading many negative reviews about the pricing. I am happy to say I really enjoy learning on this platform, and my favorite part is the classes which are conducted almost everyday, and no matter what level(primary) you are, you can still access the other level work to revise or get ahead. E.g. As a P6 myself, I am very grateful that I can revise P3,4,5 and 6 work as PSLE is likely to test some older topics I can’t really remember. I agree the pricing is high, I think it is especially useful and worth it if you are P6. Lastly, the bubble store is one of my other motivations as there are many fun prizes I can redeem, including vouchers for games, shops, cinema, etc. Super fun! ### 4/5 — Highly recommended especially for Singaporean kids *2024-07-25, version 4.8.7* This is great! I bought this program for my son for 1 year for more than 24 million VND. But they teach very badly! My son can't learn anything here! They teach but don't interact with students, don't check students' lessons, don't take attendance when studying. The teaching program is not suitable for the age of the students. My child is in grade 4, but they teach high school program for my child to study. I have complained many times but it has not been resolved. I asked to stop studying and get a refund. They did not refund and blocked all my social networking sites. Although the program is advertised as Singaporean, the way of working is dictatorial like communists. Teacher didnt reply me after 11 DAYS and i was asking legitimate questions on the subject i needed help with and yes it was during operating hours. 3. BAD interface they literally have missing topics for sec 4s like how do you MISS to add topics?? 4. BUBBLE STORE IS A SCAM. For the price you are paying you would expect the items to be of higher standards but 300 bubbles for a temu pen?? Its way better to rewards yourself with something that is AS EXPENSIVE AS GENIEBOOK Words cant fathom how bad geniebook is. I am extremely unhappy with the whole app and interface. It is a waste of A TON of money as now theres an extra useless charge to my mother credit card since this app does not bring any benefit to me and is basically useless storage space on my phone. If they approach you at their little booths dont waste your time on their weak-source claims about this badly made app ### 1/5 — Button Not working *2024-06-27, version 4.8.1* The create account Button isn’t working! ### 1/5 — The marking is bad, staff are rude and broken items from bubble store *2024-05-19, version 4.7.3* Sometimes the marking is really bad like my child added the keyword and she still got it wrong and when she gets a solution wrong and ask the teacher in GeineAsk, they are quite rude and uses all caps in some parts of their explanation making it sound really rude and when the teacher say that she will get her bubbles back, she ended up not even getting it till this day. Another incident is that when my daughter got a earpiece from the bubble store, it was broken and some times when she gets something else with colour in it , it comes to my doorstep with a different colour is like she waisted her bubbles and got scammed ### 1/5 — Landing page stuck in portrait mode *2023-12-19, version 4.0.7* All iOS apps need to have flexible orientation so users can easily access. Now most of the app is stuck in portrait more and the worksheet in landscape. So students reviewing have to look at the iPad sideways because they are writing it in landscape. I like to do geniebook worksheets but the solution does not appear despite sitting near the router and refreshing the page is no avail. Every Monday, I always attended the class and it always has technical issues and sometimes even moderator and teacher also don’t care about it and just think that nothing is happening I hope that teachers and moderator in GenieClass do not accuse people for spamming when he/she only typed the answer or question twice.I love the products in bubble store but it delivers so slowly. It takes so slowly until I told my mom like forget it! And the GenieAsk operating hours for weekdays are so late! Can we stagger the time for weekday to 2pm-9pm? I love the activities in GenieAsk but when I see some questions unanswered, I always want to help but some questions I don’t know how to explain! I hope GenieBook can improve on these things. I think all of the other reviews are happy about the shopping and the type of currency. It urges you to learn but it also kind of rushes you. By the way, my problem has been happening for about almost all the lessons. I am still wondering why the moderator ignored this issue. I am not going to expose the teacher because I do not want to put a bad reputation to him/her and the company. I can ask the teacher any time and he would reply to me and is great because when you miss out a certain part of the life class, you can actually see the recorded class which is recorded during the lesson. Plus after you earn bubbles, you can actually spend them on lots of things from devices to toys from stationary and lock more things. I love you so much and I love chatting with my friends but sometime when you’re spamming the chat of course the teacher will have to put slow mode on slow mode is usually when when you type a message in the chat again, it won’t be sent so that you do not spam anymore and it’s really lovely to use.
