The entire registration process requires every element being typed in with no auto population available. Once registered, well in advance, went to the Geniepoint charger and it came up on the app as faulty as soon as I plugged my car in. No advanced warning that it was out of service. Don’t waste your time with this junk app and charging network. ### 4/5 — Worst charging app *2026-07-26, version 1.1* I wouldn’t even give this app 1 star it is so bad. I’ve given up using their charging points. Everytime I try to use the actual app I get a message that my password has expired and I need to set a new one. It then takes forever to try (and usually fail) to set up a new password. You can’t even use the option to log on as a guest because it always comes up with a fault. Maybe the makers of this app should be aware it’s for an electric charging point… no-one wants to spend 30 minutes in a car park trying to log on before they even start a charge. You get logged out after each charge session. However beware: got an overstay charge for going just over 1.5hrs. I only use it as my workplace has a GeniePoint charger which is cheaper than most public chargers.
