Merchants using bar tabs — especially those performing end-of-night tip adjustments via QR code lookup — were experiencing delays, intermediate screen states, and occasional failures during tip processing. This has been resolved so tips apply quickly and consistently. "Ticket not found" errors when closing out tickets are fixed. Some locations were encountering errors when attempting to add tips at the end of the night, which caused tickets to fall into a pending state. These tickets will now close out properly. Bulk $0.00 tip submission works again. Locations that use "Set blank to $0.00" in the Daily Review to quickly zero out remaining tips were getting mass capture errors. This flow now processes reliably, both in bulk and for individual tickets. The "No CC Tip" search filter is working again. Staff looking for tickets that still need tips added were seeing no results when using the ticket search filter. This now correctly displays all paid and closed tickets awaiting a tip. Performance & Responsiveness PIN Entry screen no longer remains active. A behind-the-scenes issue was causing the PIN entry screen to remain active in memory even after staff logged in. The PIN screen now properly releases its resources after login. Buttons and menus response improvements. Lag when pressing buttons, opening the manager dropdown, and navigating between screens has been addressed. Opening orders from the table/room view speed improvement. A data buildup was causing the room view to slow down progressively throughout the day. This has been optimized so orders open quickly regardless of how long the system has been running. PIN screen no longer flickers when tapped. A visual glitch causing the header bar to refresh on every key press has been eliminated, making the login experience smoother. Printing Kitchen slips print once, as expected. Locations using Star impact printers for kitchen slips were seeing the same slip print two, three, or even four times for large orders. This has been corrected so each slip prints exactly once. Stability Resolved background error noise on Android devices. An internal compatibility issue with image loading was generating repeated errors in the background. While not always visible to merchants, this contributed to unnecessary resource usage and has been cleaned up. Reporting Server bank data now displays correctly in Daily Review. The server bank report accessed through Daily Review was showing all values as zero, even though the data was accurate on the back end.
