This new update brings a small change under the hood! Now the link to join an event is handled differently from a different GitHub Page, your Gennit experience will not change at all. The only visible change will be the share link that will be a bit longer!

### 1.2 — 2026-03-25

Thanks to your feedbacks, Gennit is now improved and better than ever!

- Improved the generation model: it is now more precise and gives more accurate answers based on the allergies of the guests.
- Fixed a problem where in development notifications were not being dispatched to the host when an allergy was added.
- Added an option to remove every event created by the user and any allergies added to other events.
- Added an option to select what navigation app to use when the user taps on the location of the event.
- Added a timely review prompt for the user that appears after 5 launch of the app. Only one prompt is sent for every version update of the app to comply with App Store Guidelines.
- Now the sharing message of the event includes a link that automatically opens the app and inserts automatically the six-digits code in the "Join Event" sheet, improving the UX.
- The name of the event is now included in the share message.
- Fixed the text in the description of the paid subscriptions to be more general in order to avoid misleading percentage values when the currency of the store was different from Euro.
- Revisited the design system of the app when in dark mode. Some colors are now darker in dark mode to enhance readability and accessibility of the app.
