GenPay mobile app is a service that allows users to register for the app so that they can pay for services and good or transfer money to other users. 

GenPay is a digital representation of the physical cash as we use in every day life. The app will be used by users who can sign up and use it to pay for services and goods bought.
It will also be used by vendors who can sign on the mobile app then monitor the payments received for the goods or services sold and their wallet balance.
