Unfortunately this is a limitation from iOS that reports the highest refresh rates available. We are working on a manual solution to push EDIDs, yet it is not supported as of yet within iOS. Interlaced format are also not supported with iOS devices, you could use an external converter inline, yet I realize this defeats the purpose of a mobile unit.
