たしかに便利ではある。なぜ便利なのかを理解して使用するべき。要は中間業者を介してAIを使っている事になり、データはほぼ学習に使われ機密性などないと思ったほうがいい。たとえ使用するAI側が学習しないと言ってても、gensparkを介した時点でそれは無意味になる。しかもこのアプリの開発には大手の中国企業が関わっています。賢い方ならそれがどんなに危険か分かりますよね。ですがそのあたりを理解して使用するならば、アリだと思います。

### 2/5 — 年間40,000円のプラスプランに加入しましたが、三日間でクレジットを使い切ってしまいました。が

タイトルの通り三日間でクレジットがゼロになってしまいました。27時間以内ならキャンセルしてもお金が発生しないとの事だったのですが、どうも間に合わずに、来年の4月18日まではプラスプランが使えるようですが、クレジットがゼロのため単純なカレンダーやリマインドへの指示もできず、もちろん電話代行も使えない状態です。おそらくもっと上位プランなら可能なのでしょうが、自分にとっては年間40,000円の料金が高い割にはできる仕事（成果物）が少ない感じがします。
しかも、１９日にクレジット復活を確認したのち、「バックグラウンドで作業していますか？」の答えに対して、「いいえバックグラウンドでは作業していません。」との答えが、数日たって、6000クレジット、また数日開けて確認すると0クレジットでした。
これは何かの詐欺ではないかと感じました。
消費者庁か何かに問い合わせをしようかとも思っています。
サポート体制が不明瞭で、不親切です。
Gensparkはディープリサーチした後の成果物がとっても気に入っているのですが、本当にお金に余裕がある人にお勧めします。

何の不具合だったのか、上記のクレジットの消耗は解消されています。

PPT만들기나 영상편집등의 도움을 받으려면 코인이 좀 많이 듭니다. 하지만 도움을 요청한 사항이나 지시사항에 대해서는 아주 완성도 높은 결과물을 보여줍니다. 다만, 질문의 내용이 자세하지 않거나 자세하더라도 AI가 이해하기 좀 난해한 부분이 있으면 버벅이는 경우가 있는데, 버벅인 답변도 코인을 소비하기 때문에 간혹 곤란할때가 있으니 주의요망
