The GenTeck Connect Soft Token app is a two-factor authentication security device that is used to access high-security services for Genesis Bank business accounts. For primary business account functions - including the ability to view account balances, check account history, transfer funds, and more - please use the GenTeck Connect Mobile app. To gain access to your account information from your mobile device, you must be enrolled in GenTeck Connect.
