All my shopping information in one place. I bought a new iPad and the app isn’t available, only the GenteConsum one. I cannot get into this one. I do not have a DNI only NIE number. I’ve contacted customer service and they cant help - I need a DNI for access. It was so frustrating not being able to use the app. Last month I bought a new mobile phone - not an iPhone and - WOW - I was able to download the original MundoConsum app. Now I can access my coupons which had mounted up, a nice surprise. A bit of a nuisance having to use my mobile as the screen and keys are so small. I wish I could get the app on my iPad. I’m giving one star as this app is useless to me.
