I had an active bonus on my account that I needed to cancel to withdraw my own money, and the system refused to let me cancel it. It kept telling me to “contact customer service,” but there is no real human support available. The AI assistant stopped replying completely, and there was no option to speak with an actual person. I’ve been waiting for help, and nothing. It’s unbelievable that a casino handling real money can’t offer basic customer support. I still cannot access my withdrawal because of their system issue. Very disappointing and extremely stressful. I would NOT recommend this app to anyone until they fix their support and give players proper assistance. When I try to withdraw my money, the app keeps saying “close unfinished game” even though I’ve done this 50 times. I checked every game, refreshed everything – the problem is on THEIR side, not mine. Because of this glitch, I can’t access my own withdrawal. This is honestly the worst app and worst casino experience I’ve had. If my issue is not fixed immediately, I will take legal action and file a full complaint with the UK Gambling Commission. It wouldn’t let me cash out my original deposit so I had to use this before I could even use the bonus credit. Lost my original deposit and all the bonus credits straight away. Funny how the promo wins free credits then nothing after that. Basically seems like a Ponzo scheme app - will take your money but won’t let you cash out without jumping through many many hoops.
