In order to see any of the exercise programs, you have to purchase them. Nothing free about this.

Finished my 4 weeks of workouts. Then app tells you to restart the program but it doesn’t allow me to restart the program!  I’m not paying to redo the same program!

You have to look to find the vid that work yes some won’t play but others play just fine

This was a great app until an updated version was issued a month ago, since when neither video demonstrations or written instructions are available within the exercise programs. 

Bitterly disappointing as I was finding it a really helpful way back into exercise. I did email the developer through their website a few weeks ago but sadly have not received a reply.

I'm over weight, over 60 and suffer with arthritis. I hadn't exercised in years. This app has been a great reintroduction to moving and stretching. Two weeks in and I'm feeling the benefit of these gentle routines. Well worth the small premium.
