I really liked this game, and almost immediately paid to remove ads. However, as soon as I get the confirmation that my purchase was successful, the game goes to a plain screen that says “loading…” and then freezes. When I try to restart the game, ‘restore’ does nothing. I go back to purchase no ads, it goes through the whole thing again, then says that I’ve already purchased it and would I like to get it again for free? I say yes, and I get the ‘loading’ screen again. I’ve tried redoing this a dozen times, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve tried using cellular data, on WiFi, etc. Nothing works. And of course there is no way to report the problem. The developers website doesn’t have a way to contact them, and using the App Store to ‘report a problem’ brings me to “the page you’re looking for cannot be found”.

So now I’m out the $5, and I refuse to play the game with ads bc, obviously I paid to remove them, but also, there’s an ad after every 2 shots!! 

Just to be clear, I’m not giving this one star bc I had an issue. I’m giving it one star bc I had an issue involving real money and there is absolutely no way to report it to anyone!!
