## What is Gentleskin?

Gentleskin is a gentle tracker for skin picking (dermatillomania, excoriation disorder) and other body-focused repetitive behaviors.

LOG IN TWO TAPS
Tap where, type how many. Or how long, if counting isn't how it works for you. Or both. Add your own body parts. An optional slider for how aware you were.

SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
One hand-drawn chart: week, month, everything. Put a finger on it to read any day. Your daily target is a quiet line, not an alarm.

WHEN AN URGE HITS
Urges rise, crest and pass. Ride a thirty-second wave, or keep your hands busy popping a field of kelp pods. Getting through one counts as a win on your chart. The urge screen is always open, subscribed or not.

A REPORT FOR YOUR THERAPIST
One tap makes a printable PDF: totals, the chart, body parts, time of day, how aware you were. Pick a week, a month, or since your last session.

NO STREAKS, NO SHAME
The app remembers the longest you've gone between picks as a quiet record. Nothing breaks, nothing scolds. Going over your target gets a concerned friend, not a red alarm.

NO ACCOUNT
No sign-up, no email, no login. Anonymous usage data helps improve the app; one switch in You turns it off.

MEMBERSHIP
Gentleskin is one membership with a 7-day free trial: $29.99 a year or $5.99 a month (prices vary by region). We remind you two days before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings, under your Apple Account.
