GentleWait creates a calm pause before you open distracting apps — helping you build healthier digital habits without punishment or guilt.

When you reach for a distracting app, GentleWait gently intercepts with a breathing moment. After a few seconds of calm, you choose: open the app anyway, or try a mindful  
alternative.
