## What is Gently?

Gently is a soft daily planner: your tasks, a focus timer, and a small spark of inspiration each day, with a kind recap at the end of the week.

No account or payment needed to start. Sign in with Apple or Google only when you want your planner on another device.

PLAN
Add a task in seconds. Group it, give it a time, and let a soft reminder or a prominent alarm bring you back to it.

SPARK
One small idea a day from the categories you choose: move, calm, reach out, tidy, learn. Five to fifteen minutes, low effort, once a day.

ASK SAGE AI BOT
Type or speak, and Sage turns your words into your plan. "Add a 20-minute stretch tomorrow at 7:30." "Show my work tasks." "Start a focus session." Sage plans with you, never for you.

The Assistant is powered by OpenAI. Your data is sent only with your permission and is never used for training.

FOCUS
A single-focus timer or a Pomodoro, with quiet sounds to stay with one thing.

LOOK BACK
Insight tells the story of your week in a few gentle sentences, and keeps the streaks you are proud of.
