The app update has remove my ability to log back onto the system. I’ve updated the app and is stuck on the announcement. Can’t work if I can’t log on.

The rate is good but they don’t pay weekly as they advertised even when you completed your assignments weeks ago. They said you will be paid this Friday but it’s not true. It is my first time to encounter this. Very unprofessional. The support via call is not always available and will go to vm.

It was easy to get started.   I’m in SoCal.   Just upload your credentials and you can start getting assignments.   App is easy to navigate.   I would have given 4 stars BUT app glitches sometimes as all app does and that’s acceptable but when you call support and they’re not really supporting then that’s troublesome.
Let’s talk about payments; payments are mostly 3 weeks to a month before you get paid and when I asked why, they deny it.   I keep track of my assignments and you can see it on the app too so why gaslight me?   It should have been a week after your visit was done and this is how it is from all home health agencies so why is gento taking weeks to pay nurses or clinicians?   
Let’s talk about assignments; I use the map feature to pick up assignments and that is pretty easy.   But then I get assignments that I didn’t pick up which I thought was a glitch but it kept on happening so I asked support but they either have no response or they say it’s an error.    
Also, info is wrong at times and this is not acceptable.   Date of birth is incorrect, address is wrong which is a waste of time, gas and money AND when you try and call home health agency it’s a fax number!!!!!    I’m getting a new app.
