## What is Genzõ?

Genzõ is the communication app for healthcare. This mobile solution makes it possible to chat, make video calls and use smart glasses within your own organization in a secure environment. One of the unique features of Genzõ is the support of smart glasses. This allows for care professionals to receive remote support while their hands are free. At the same time, it allows experienced care professionals to give remote support from the point of view of their coworker. We call this remote expertise.Genzõ provides a lot of additional functionalities. You can take and send photos and videos for instance. During video calling with smart glasses you can zoom in, draw on the screen or point at something with a pointer.With Genzõ it is possible to share devices. The profiles of the users are all protected separately.Your own group can be created and managed within Genzõ for your organization. Genzõ differentiates between staff and clients. Within your organisation you can (video) call, chat and create unlimited chatgroups. All of it is safely encrypted. Genzõ is safe (ISO27001 and NEN7510 certified) and we do not use your data or share any user data with third parties. Genzõ is safe, easy and mobile!

Important bug fixes during video call.

### 4.3 — 2022-09-27

Improvements:
Genzo now runs entirely on H265. On the glasses, the apps, and the web.
The icons, the round pink buttons with icons, have changed during calls. When they are off, they have a line through them and the color is different. For the phone.
The test at the pop-up when there is a network error message has been changed.
When you log in to the web, you will receive a notification; continue on the glasses.
The same applies to the notification when you log in to the glasses.
When you log in to the app, but you are logged in to the web, you will get a notification to log out from the web.

New functionalities:
You can now delete your account.

Your account will be deleted and you can no longer use Genzo.
You will be removed from the organization
You will be removed from group chats and you will be anonymized.
You can no longer be called or chatted to you.
It is not possible to delete your account when:
You are the only admin. Someone else has to be made admin first
You are the administrator of a group chat. Someone else has to be made a group admin of the chat first.

Bug fixing:
Buttons to accept an invitation from a healthcare organization work again.
The chat no longer jumps

In this release:
- We have improved the on duty button.
- You get the possibility to cancel a contact request.
- You are able to delete loose contacts.
- You can change the screen brightness in the glasses tab.
- We added the possibility to upload screenshot to Genzõ Web.
- You are now able to call to Genzõ Web.

In this release:
- We have added the option to enter your personnel number.
- We have added instruction videos for using Genzõ
- Lots of bug fixes

A new Genzõ!

To increase ease of use, we have given Genzõ a new look. The menu has moved, the QR code is easier to find and the contacts and chats are separated.

Also added:
- A medical calculation module
- A recording functionality for Smart Glasses
- Ability to reply, copy and forward messages in the chat
- A first version of GenzõWeb.

Furthermore; various minor bug fixes.
