Everyone else who used the free link to track their runners had no issues. I switched to the free link to track. Much better. I know it’s only £3.99, but you’d be as well using the free link for these races. This app doesn’t work as it should and is a waste of money and time. The app has to be restarted to correctly reload the screen. Not a great experience, at least make sure this stuff works properly. Lost count how many times on day Always says loading but never does. Can’t do anything until phone restart. Advises list internet connection Even on strong so WiFi. Same in 4g and 5g with full bars. Good when it works. But based on last 2 days It’s not very often. Despite checking in settings it stopped showing my position a few hours ago. Makes it harder to see where I am in relationship to person I’m trying to track. When accessible the participant information is wrong but could be the event organiser not possible to tell.
