Decided to get this app for added convenience of geofencing. I logged out of the app and it locked me out despite having the proper credentials. It would pop up the same error noting wrong username or password even though it would send the 2FA to my cell phone for 2nd verification. Problem was it would remain on the error screen and never bring me to the next page. 

I then changed my password because I thought that was the issue. That’s didn’t resolve it. I tried waiting until I got back on my home wifi, that didn’t resolve it. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, that didn’t work.

So I finally emailed them and no response for support.

Stay away from this app.

**Developer response:** Thank you again for the detailed report. You ran into a real bug: when logging back in with SMS two-factor verification, the app sent the code but never showed the screen to enter it, so it kept claiming wrong credentials. Nothing was wrong on your side.

Update: the fix has been live on the App Store since June, so a normal update is all it takes. The location engine has also been rebuilt since then and geofencing is considerably more reliable.

The geofencing for the app is hit and miss. Location is enabled to always. Sometimes it works…most of the time lately it doesn’t.

Geofencing reliability was one of the biggest areas I’ve worked on since the early versions. The app has been rebuilt and location handling has been significantly improved.
I’d love for you to try the current version, a lot has changed.
