Introducing GeoFix Translate. Exploring means discovering new places, following routes, reaching destinations and meeting people. From now on, with GeoFix, it also means overcoming language barriers. With GeoFix Translate, offline translation becomes part of the travel experience. Your phone allows you to read and display translations, while AirPods let you listen to spoken language translated into your own language. Conversation mode also allows you to switch languages and display the translated text directly on the screen for the person you are speaking to. All this without requiring an Internet connection during translation, using the language models available on your device. GeoFix Translate is included in GeoFix Premium. But GeoFix offers much more. With GeoFix World, you can discover experiences and routes. With GeoFix GPS, you can plan your outings, prepare maps and waypoints, record routes and navigate to a destination or along a track. With GeoFix AR, you can explore your surroundings through the camera, viewing waypoints and navigation directions directly in the real world. Each feature is designed to accompany you at a different stage of your exploration, without imposing a predefined route. A single ecosystem for discovering places, reaching them, experiencing them and communicating without barriers. GeoFix, start wherever you like. ### 2.26 — 2026-10-10 GeoFix 2.26 introduces GeoFix AR, a new way to explore the outdoors and follow your routes using augmented reality. Explore with the camera Open GeoFix AR from the map and view waypoints from your selected collection directly in the world around you. Names, distances and directions help you locate points of interest, even when they are not yet visible in front of you. AR waypoint navigation While navigating to a waypoint, you can switch from the traditional view to the camera without interrupting your navigation session. GeoFix displays the direction and distance to your destination directly over the real-world view. AR route navigation Navigation along a track can now also be viewed through GeoFix AR. Guidance is overlaid on the real-world environment to help you identify the direction to follow and your upcoming manoeuvres. Track Back in AR GeoFix AR is also available with Track Back, allowing you to retrace your route while keeping navigation guidance, manoeuvres and distance information visible. Clearer guidance along your route GeoFix AR adapts to different navigation situations and can show your next manoeuvre, an imminent manoeuvre, the direction back to the track when you go off route, and your arrival at the destination. Designed for the outdoors GeoFix AR uses your device’s location and orientation to display guidance in relation to the environment ahead of you. If the camera is unavailable, GeoFix provides an alternative compass-based mode. Privacy Camera images used by GeoFix AR are not recorded, saved or transmitted. The camera is used exclusively to display waypoints and navigation guidance over the real-world view. GeoFix 2.26 brings exploration, navigation and Track Back even closer to the world around you, while staying true to the GeoFix philosophy: take the way back with you. GeoFix, ovunque tu vada. ## Apps similar to GeoFix GPS | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [GPS.REC - GPS Trip Recorder](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/gpsrec-gps-trip-recorder/id6761843523) | — | Free | Navigation | | [Mark My Route - Save Journeys](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mark-my-route-save-journeys/id6787725403) | — | Free | Navigation | | [NearSpotio: Bikepacking POIs](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nearspotio-bikepacking-pois/id6764373947) | — | Free | Navigation | | [GPX View – GPS Track Viewer](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/gpx-view-gps-track-viewer/id6791327532) | — | Free | Navigation | | [FunghiTrack](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/funghitrack/id6761759170) | — | Free | Navigation | | [GeoRoma](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/georoma/id6503241688) | — | Free | Navigation | ## More apps by Andrea Guerrini - [NODO – Trova lo schema](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nodo-trova-lo-schema/id6761956734) - [PackSmart](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/packsmart/id6762046832) All apps by Andrea Guerrini: https://appshunter.io/developer/880624895 ## Related topics [waypoint track](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/waypoint-track) · [gps tracks](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/gps-tracks) · [geotrails multiview](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/geotrails-multiview) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
