оформила подписку с бесплатным пробным периодом 3 дня. деньги списали, я в первый же день написала о возврате средств и отмене подписки, тк не работает радио няня с айос, но об этом не упомянуто нигде даже было. еще даже бесплатный период не закончился, платный так тем более не начался. но вернуть деньги отказали. по статье 782 гк рф мне должны вернуть деньги за услугу. тем более даже рация не работает, просто нет звука.
