Please try and get it to work with the Apple Pencil. Things like palm recognition among others. Otherwise really helps me do a lot of my analysis on dental X-rays. However, I would really have loved it if it worked with the pencil. ### 2/5 — Eh *2016-07-31, version 2.7.9* The features it offers for free are decent, but you have to pay almost $7 to get any useful ones. Sometimes the metrics will give the area of a freely shaped polygon and sometimes it won't. I can't get an area when the shape has been drawn over a map. I have to go to another app which has no problems with google maps. I was able to use it to generate the old graphical method for finding the Golden Section within minutes of opening the app on my iPad. I don’t understand some of the negative comments from early reviewers? I'm using it for geometry to find simple things but it works perfectly for that. If you need graph paper then get this. If you need to mark a point on the graph just look at the options (at the bottom of the screen) until you see a little line next to the shapes and click it. It'll bring up an option titled "point" ### 5/5 — Really very well done *2014-02-13, version 2.4.7* I am using geometry pad to teach an adult course in geometric constructions as used in the construction of gothic architecture and tiling patterns as developed by the Islamic world. The more I've used it the more impressed I've become. It's a delight to use! The compass tool is particularly clever. Geometric constructions were what first deeply attracted me to mathematics and even played a role in my doctoral thesis. I can see how this app could similarly inspire students.
