My only complaint is the ordering and shipping. My last order took 11 days from the day I ordered until it shipped. Considering I live in the neighboring state, just a few hours away, two weeks is too long to have to wait. And shipping goes up with the dollar amount you spend, unless you spend $100 on kitchen towels lol. Also, because of the material that makes the towels so wonderful for drying and cleaning up messes, you can’t get them hot or they’ll melt.
