Ok for a few years now its hopeless. It's unreliable, frequently losing connection with the server. Notes are not always saved. Status updates do not always work. When the app loses connection with the server you can't even see the data from the last successful sync. The app is responsive and well designed, allowing me to quickly jot down what would have taken me twice as long any other way.
