It could be streamlined in a few ways so it’s easier to use daily. All the time you spend working around the bugs doesn’t help. My company decided this was the way forward. It’s not. Continuous upload issues, Continues issues just trying to enter information. Have to turn off and reboot all the time. It’s exactly the same as before except now it only fills the screen on my iPad the same size as my phone, LITERALLY! And even when I press the full screen button, it just magnifies into this pixelated mess that still doesn’t even fill the screen. It does management reasonably well. Some of the bugs that frustrating: constantly logging out, hard to search/find previous jobs (they seem to disappear and you have to re enter them), difficult to enter jobs that span the week without it using the full 24 hours everyday. ### 2/5 — Great database however slow on iPhone *2017-09-13, version 4.3.2* Please update the app for iPhone. Very slow when I open the app and see my schedule. But this doesn't work, ring the service desk to get help only to find out yes it is a problem they know about and I have to live with it??? Always logging out, takes forever to load jobs, have to double update statuses of jobs etc. Schedule gets days wrong. Trough and trough just a trash app. Good start would be changing your (units/ hours) to normal minutes . Have not upgraded to simple things that would help. Support has been looking into a fix we have for over 12 months and seem to have no idea what they are doing to fix it. They need some tech’s to fix the program and make better. I have a busy business that relies on GeoOp to work and as the administrator I find it incredibly frustrating. I currently I can’t load new clients in so I can’t get jobs out for them. Invoicing is a nightmare..... and don’t expect a call from an account manager they don’t exist. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone at GeoOp for years. Don’t expect a rebate when the system screws u up either. Uninstalled 3 or 4 times tonight give up. So when it decides to be awkward and not work it’s a pain. If you are looking at running your business with this app, make sure you can also run it manually.
