It refuses to connect I’ve tried troubleshooting and resetting multiple times. I guess I’m stuck with a feeder that goes off at 3 am. I really liked this feeder but not the app and lack of info on the help section.

Everytime it says to hold the button down to make the light blink slowly it never works. The light turns off for 2 seconds then fast blinks again. And it won’t connect to my phone.

This app is very basic. It does what it needs to do I guess. However, the time where you set the feeding schedule is in regular time and military time which makes it extremely confusing. I wish there was a way to  it to just regular time a.m./ p.m. Thank you.

The instructions say 6-8 seconds to reset it’s actually about 15-20 seconds for anyone having connection problems
