Could give zero stars if I could, funded my $ card a few weeks ago now I can’t find the card on the app, it keeps telling me an error occurred, I’ve contacted support but all they say is give us one moment as we look into the matter. And it’s been going on for a few days now and I still haven’t gotten my issue resolved or my money back

I did a data of 1gb and my money was deducted…I can’t find the transaction in the transaction history and data isn’t delivered…this has happened before and after a complaint y’all will return the money to my wallet but now I complained thrice or more than that and what y’all talk about is that didn’t happen..atleast even if it was did to a wrong number then where is it in my transaction history only that was missing that bad though it’s a small amount but it can’t just keep happen bc of a stranded moment that can happen anytime
