E.g. I bought two pairs of shoes in one shop for 200€ , but returned one, I and want to see that changed in my expenses, Revolut has this feature, would be great to have it here as well. I have only limited time to buy groceries, and given the holiday weekend it is imperative to do it right now. Petra S. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible PITA *2026-07-22* The bank provides a browser interface that's unusable without the app. The app itself has security features so unintuitive as to make the app unusable as well. For example, to pay/transfer money the app requires me to authenticate myself multiple times and in different ways (biometrics and pin number), with no indication that one of the steps has not been completed, ever. At the same time, the bank sends statements to clients by email, with a ridiculously unsafe password: the client's year of birth. **Developer response:** Our internet banking service can also be used on a computer without the mobile app. If you confirm anything in the app, the system will let you know whether the confirmation was successful. Meet your designers with the common interface theory or try to hire some junior designers at least. This is too bad even to point something out. If you not able to hire even junior-level professionals in your designer team due to schizophrenic hiring processes, ask your designers to read Raskin texts at least. Proc? ### 1/5 — Online payment and online customer service problems *2024-11-01, version 24.34.49* Online customer service for English-speaking students is zero👎🏻 When I need to pay online, it requires ePIN or authentication from mobile app. I opened computer to find my ePIN but it doesn't show up or it requires to create ePIN at the bank (I didn't clearly understand because computer web page of George is in Czech language and untranslatable to English). After that I tried to authenticate from mobile George app but I couldn't find any method or notification to authenticate the payment. So I called support center from George mobile app but the bot in the speaker was also speaking in Czech language and it was untranslatable too, then it finished the call by itself (I don't know why because it said everything in Czech language). I couldn't make my payment and it was not the first time I couldn't. It causes the outstanding dept from some organizations that I need to pay money such as my dormitory. ### 1/5 — Не працює *2024-08-09, version 24.22.23* Після оновлення , в мене більше не працює застосунок . So I had to write here. The problem started around two weeks ago and I can’t make any transfer. App suddenly turned into Turkish. Which is my phone default language. I love the app in Light mode but my phone is always in Dark mode which also changes the app. Additionally, I would love to see a new category for expenses - Exclude which would exclude some of the expenses so they are not shown in the chart, i.e money that I transfer between other accounts which is not a real expense.
