This version does not allow to change limits of cards on an iPad with iPadOS 26.2.1
Symptom: on-screen keyboard does not show up.

Texts with activation code do NOT go through to US cell phone. This is a huge problem as this is the ONLY way a bank will identify you when you log on. Email verification is not set up. I called customer service about this problem three times today when I switched to new phone and needed to log in. I still cannot access my George App in spite of knowing all my logon info.

Fron time to time my  loses settings eg app language and fingerprint authentication are lost. Why? - i suppose  this happns when  there is some version upgrade in tbe background but not sure

A jelzalog csempe eltunt, amirol bar kaptunk egy uzenetet, melyben a fejlesztok ezt elismerik, megsem tortenik meg a javitas, hogy ujra lathatova valjon a George appon belul, immar 3 honapja. A levelkuldes funckio bem mukodik, igy az elobbi hibarol nem lehet tajekozodni, csak telefonon, ahol nincs erdemi tajekoztatas. 
Mortgage tile gone and even though we received an ack message the bug hasn’t been fixed and mortgage details are still not viewable on George. The messaging feature also doesn’t load up so can’t ask about said issue only on phone where I get no useful info.

Az appnak fogalma sincs, hogy mekkora osszeg van a szamlamon. 
Nem frissiti a megjelenitett osszegeket, kotekszik utalasnal, hogy nincs elegendo osszeg a szamlamon, aztan enged utalni. 
Lassu az alkalmazas, szar az egesz, de miszaj hasznalnom , mert nincs mas.

This banking app is actually well modern and not stuck in the 1990s 
Easy to use, fast, and pretty lightweight 
I am not paid by erste I am just genuinely impressed with the app and the web interface

Utóbbi évekhez képest sokat fejlődött viszont nekem személy szerint van vele egy kis problémám .

Nem magával az internet kapcsolattal van probléma meg az applikáció lassúságával hanem azzal ,hogy lassan Érkezik meg az értesítés jövedelem befolyásnál és küldésnél.
Van mikor csak órákkal később kapom meg az értesítést hogy pénz érkezett a számlámra.
A mai felgyorsult rohanó világban egyből szeretném tudni hogy mi a helyzet ,nem pedig  külön ki-be kelljen lépni hogy frissüljön.
Más szolgáltatóknál azonnal kapom az értesítést.

A recent update requires iOs 16+ for functionality, which isn’t compatible with my device. Forcing people to buy a new unnecessary phone.. hope they lose a lot of customers for such inconsiderate move.
I recommend switching to Revolut.

I’ve had a bunch of issues with this app… sometimes it won’t work properly sometimes I get error codes, the face recognition is slow, the layout is terrible and looks absolutely hideous in my opinion and whoever designed this app should have gotten paid. 
The OTP-Hungarian banking app is way more superior in ways of design and usability.

On my iphone 12 mini it doesn’t let me in, i get “oops the operation failed” error, my credentials are good, on web it is working. I went to a bank office with this problem, and the guy said, it is not a problem with the application, it is a problem with my device. I think this answer is unacceptable, because my phone is not that old, and it still gets the latest software upgrades.

Példát lehetne venni az UniCreditrol, már bánom hogy átjöttem a 30k bónusz miatt a bankmonitornál. Az app mintha windows 95-tel lett volna tervezve. Az ember alig talál valamit pedig mar egy éve használom. Csomó kényelmes funkció nincs ami más banknál volt. A tranzakciók csak napokkal később jelennek meg. A netbroker hasonlóan primitív, a KHnal nyitom meg a többi a TBSZt az is tuti. Már az app neve röhejes, az ember reflexből ERSTE szót keres a telefonja appjai közt nem egy bugyuta személynevet. Katasztrófa, a cég IT szempontból kőkori.

Security: Call me biased but my entire mobile app was ported to a pirate phone. 1.5 million was stolen. Erste Bank took no responsibility.
Quality: terrible user experience. Often crashing. Some basic functions missing.

Since the last update push notifications don’t show content at all, just a message to click on them for more details, but that then it takes you nowhere. I sent a message to help desk, first they thought it’s my issue… then I sent details after further testing… since then just automated messages came as response stating it’s being worked on (no real information, no target date) but of course I’m sure that they will charge me for the not working service … Is the aim to force us back to SMS notifications?

I can not access my account. Probably due to a very important front size update to enhance user experience. I open the app store to comply and quess what, it can not be installed for some reason, so I locked out from my account for unknown reason…

It seems every time when I really need to access my account, there are technical issues and the system is down for an unforeseeable (or at least undisclosed) amount of time. The future of banking, really? We don’t need an app named after a person (never find it because always search for Erste in my app search bar) or fancy features, just something that consistently allows us to access our accounts.

Normally I don’t have any problem with this app, but in the last couple of weeks, it’s so crazy slow! 
If I transfer money between my own accounts it takes 5-10 minutes to transfer. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable. 
Anyway, I am a satisfied client, only I’m asking to make it faster, like it was earlier.

Az Erste szerintem az egyik bank amelyik aktivan probal a felhasznalok igenyeinek megfelelni es kovetni a gyorsan valtozo trendeket amiket foleg a gyorsan terjeszkedo fintech vallalatok ajanlanak.
A George applikacioval kapcsolatban csak jo elmenyeim vannak. Egyszeru a hasznalata es nagyon felhasznalobarat a kialakitasa. Teljesen elegedett vagyok az appal es az erste bank szolgaltatasaival is.

Nagyon tetszik az alkalmazás. Egyre több mindenre alkalmas. Az áttekintőnél lehet felülre csempéket beállítani amin a költéseket lehet nyomon követni. Jó lenne ha nem csak a költéseket lehetne kitenni hanem a beérkező összegeket is.

I really like the app. It is suitable for more and more things. Tiles can be set at the top of the overview on which expenses can be tracked. It would be nice if not only the expenses could be displayed, but also the incoming amounts.

It is a great app, otherwise. :) This notification bug started in May. Some George notifications appear with this text: “Koppints az üzenetre az Őrszem értesítés megtekintéséhez!” When I tap on it, it opens George and I see my account but the content of the notification remains a mystery.

Your collage tell that I will have good opportunities by selecting premium account,  what I get is a Hungarian only application, this is redicilous, are we really in 2024
