Nach ständigem dummem Wiederholen ging die Anmeldung dann. Banken arbeiten halt nur wann sie wollen und wissen selber nicht wie ihr Ranzsystem funktioniert. ### 2/5 — Bad experience with the app *2024-12-07, version 24.38.20* I can’t add my Erste card to Apple Pay on my MacBook - there’s no way to activate bank card there. I can’t simply transfer my data from old iPhone to new one - adding new device on old phone (QR code) just doesn’t work (always incorrect). I can’t add my bank card to Apple Pay on more than one phone. I have experience with other bank apps, I can see that Erste try to mimic some successful apps but they just fail to do that right. I mean, some functions are working but overall package is just BAD. Erste has loads of engineers and other staff but for some reason they are quite lazy in their Kein Stress Mode so we as clients must suffer and create appointments and visit branches again and again. ### 2/5 — Große Startschwierigkeiten *2024-12-07, version 24.38.20* Ich muss die App meist 3-4mal starten und wieder schließen, da sonst nichts passiert und ich nur einen grauen Display angezeigt bekomme. Erst beim dritten oder vierten Versuch ist dann die Anmeldung möglich. Selbst dann startet es die App dann nicht immer richtig. Sobald ich allerdings eingeloggt bin funktioniert alles einwandfrei. As a paying customer, it's unacceptable, especially since my funds are tied up. And since June 2024 I’ve got problem, that I cannot transfer money, so I’ve got problem with paying bill in time. With one more person, with the same problem, we discovered, that if to change language in app from Ukrainian to English or deutsch, everything works. Back to Ukrainian language - it appears pop up with message “es tut mir leid. Ich hänge leider fest. Bitte versuchen sie es später noch einmal“ So, because of this mistake I had problems with paying and to find out the way to use function was also accidentally.
