Much less get a response or ticket. That’s why you should update or do away with this app. I don’t even know if I created a ticket before I haven’t received a confirmation email. You want us to report but you don’t give us a good way to do so. ### 1/5 — Worthless app *2025-06-02, version 2.0.17* I review actually as no Star. The app doesn’t let you create an account so you can request and monitor your status as the recording says when you call and robot answers. I have proof I’ve called and tried to get their app to work. I’ll be digging. I then loaded the App and tried to establish an account or login some way. There is no clear way to get into the App from a fresh download!
