This was the best experience! I would advise you to arrive as soon as they open as it can be a bit crowded as the day goes on. The exhibits are well lit, so much to see and read. There is something for kids and adults here. Be sure to buy the dolphin experience tickets when you buy your entry ticket to the aquarium. Wear comfortable shoes, by the time we left I had walked almost 7,000 steps. It was a fun way to spend a few hours with family. Definitely download the app, makes checking in at the entrance better

After login the app crashes and just displays a cute sea lion photo with Opps. Refresh doesn’t do anything. Have to uninstall and reinstall app to get out of the OPPS crash page but every time I login the app crashes again. Useless!!!

The app is great….until you log in. Then, it stops working altogether and just displays an error, “oops”

Got my aqua pass and first reservation and now the app is stuck on the oops screen and won’t reload at all! It’s been glitching so bad as of late that I almost gave up getting my pass.

Can’t login to the app anymore, checked to make sure it’s updated,  and just keep getting an oops error and told to refresh. Very frustrating

### 2/5 — Can’t login… or do anything anymore

It was useful for the sake of booking  a single reservation as an Aqua Pass member, then immediately after booking it kept showing an “Oops” page and wouldn’t let me load the app again. After closing and opening the app multiple times (and trying on a different phone!) it still continues to show the same page. While I’m sure it offers some utility beyond just making reservations, I won’t know because I can’t even access the app anymore. It definitely needs UI/functionality updates if the app continues to exist altogether.
