Accessing Bulldog sports network radio is dang near impossible. It takes 10 attempts to get the broadcast to load, let alone the LIVE broadcast. Consistently times out every 2 minutes and you have to reload the page. Please revert back to in-app listening. I miss being able to multitask/have my phone off to listen to a baseball game. Accessing schedules and scores should not be this complicated either. Overall, I regret updating to the latest version. Please fix things back to the way they were. I’m happy to provide consulting on the new app experience. ### 2/5 — Calendar sync *2024-07-26* I would love to have been able to only have the football schedule sync with my calendar as opposed to ALL of Georgia’s sports. Prior to syncing it said you could change this in calendar settings after you sync, but there is nowhere to change or remove the other sports….only the option to unsubscribe ### 3/5 — Gotten better but needs more work *2024-04-27* The live game playback has gotten better but still regularly drops out. I have to close and restart the app multiple times during a game broadcast. They “updated” the app for 2023 and only once have I been able to get it to play audio. Don’t waste your time. It’s easier to just go listen on the WSB app. ### 3/5 — Great for game day stats but errors in history stats *2023-10-08* While reviewing the UGA vs FL historical stats, it’s clear there is an error. **much easier to review stats than espn’s cluttery site. 1. Make the year go to 4 number because it looks like the fist year we competed was 2004. 2. (Vs FL)The longest winning and losing streaks is incorrect. Scrolling down the list can see in an instant that’s wrong. 3. (Vs FL) The home and away win loss record stats are incorrect. It has our home record at 4-1, and away record at 51-43, which is incorrect. ### 2/5 — Crash! *2023-10-08* App crashes far too often while listening to the (football game) audio broadcast. Then, when you try to go back into the app to restart the audio, it can take several minutes before it will start again. Week after week, the problem persists. I’m certain it’s an IMG issue as I have the same problem with another IMG app. ### 1/5 — They broke the app… *2023-09-24, version 2.1.3* Now it leads to a dead end external link. It gives you a pop up to listen, which of course shows you an ad, but if you close this pop up page you lose audio. But seriously, it may be nice to look at, but the functionality is beyond frustrating for out of town bulldogs fans who simply want to listen to the pregame show. It is available sometimes, and with no problem; most of the time, however, it’s unavailable with no explanation. This app is also one of those idiotic apps that advertises itself in the app. Ridiculous. The Gameday link says that feature will be ready in August. It’s now December. This app needs an overhaul with a lot of attention to UX. ### 1/5 — Still needs some work *2021-05-27, version 1.0.21* The user interface isn’t as good as some other apps, mostly because of mixed in ads/Twitter links. Daily scheduled events will load at the top, but getting audio to load from there has yet to work for me. You need to go to “schedule” and load it from there. Speaking of audio, it’s not loud enough. I enjoy listening to the Diamond Dawg games while doing chores. If it’s cutting grass, forget hearing it, even with volume all the way up. Any other app, podcast, music I can hear just fine. The post game and call-in show for the football games is a plus, however if you weren’t listening when the game ended, good luck finding the audio button again and when you do, getting it to work. Lastly, if you go from cellular to WiFi, you are going to lose audio. Or from WiFi to Cellular. I’ve sent two different emails to the Georgia Ticket Office with details and screenshots showing how the app is crashing on my iPhone. Worst app out there ### 1/5 — Terrible audio *2024-03-16* You can no longer listen to audio in the app. It redirects to a browser. Once there, if you do something as simple as remove one ear bud and listen with one ear, it starts chirping. Get a call, and the audio picks back up? Chirping. Only way to get it to stop is, surprise, surprise, open the browser page again. Refresh it, listen to another ad, and then get the stream going again. Also, the feed isn’t in order. The top stories can be from days ago, and you have to scroll past several to get the updates of something that just finished.
