The former version of the app always showed a full ACCOUNT BALANCE next to an AVAILABLE BALANCE deducting the amount of any holds for pending transactions, which is essential to control spending when funds are tight. The new app dispensed with this and instead it displays the full account balance as AVAILABLE BALANCE and puts holds or pending transactions under a separate tab which the user must manually calculate and deduct to determine the actual available balance. Moreover, the holds or PENDING tab does not even show all transactions that are actually pending, making the use of the app worthless as a reference to know what you can spend...in fact risky, if funds are tight, because it then becomes a trap for the CU to nab overcharge fees, something regular banks are notorious for and are a reason many, and I speak for myself too, chose a CU to bank with in the first place. 

BAD ON YOU GEORGIA HERITAGE!!! You have destroyed my confidence that I won’t be subject to opportunistic banking scams keeping my money with you. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!

There’s no way to recover a username! Not sure why I got signed out of the payment page anyway. Now I’m not sure how I’m going to make my payment on time.

I cannot even login to the app. I can’t monitor my accounts if I can’t log in. Stop charging me overdraft fees!

The app is cumbersome and somewhat slow executing.  Now on a i7 the photo deposit feature has quit taking checks all together.  Bank staff can make coffee or pass out candy... don't expect them to  be interested in supporting the app or customers who use it...  look elsewhere.
