How many damn passwords with a length of 12 words can u remember. GA lottery app needs to calm down during thee most abt these passwords. At this point just do authentication security or let us use a PIN number or something. It’s already bad enough that when I travel outside GA I cannot use the app to play the Diggi games etc 🙄. They are definitely plants, I have never met a soul who won more than 80 dollars playing on this app. I’m convinced that the people who work for the lottery are the only ones who get the big payouts. The games are rigged, and the winnings are never more than what you put in. The tickets you purchase are determined before you even play the game, so you aren’t really playing in real time - read the terms. Not to mention, there’s NO way they are using this money for the school systems. They have made billions of dollars, and GA school systems continue to suffer. I can’t wait until they are caught. I love the GA Lottery website and now the app as well. They make it very easy to play online and the Diggi games are a lot of fun. And it is very easy to fund your account. BUT… Because of a combination of banking regulations and what banks themselves are willing to permit, you can’t fund your lottery account from a bank account without a debit card and you can’t cash in your winnings at all (the limit is $600 but I can’t even transfer $50) unless you have them mail you a check. Then I told her I am not trying to get any information from her just report my problem to the tech support team or email me some troubleshooting information and she refused to do so. I asked for a manager and she denied me that right.
