It is slow and unintuitive. Sometimes it just cancels payments without telling you. ### 1/5 — Pointless app *2025-10-29* Can’t even get past the enrollment screen. This is probably the only bank in existence with its own dedicated card lock app with separate login credentials from the main app. It’s like they outsource their card management to someone else who had no idea what they’re doing. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-06-26, version 45.0.2* The last update made the app not load. WHOEVER is the Developer needs to be fired. Only works maybe half of the time, is completely useless, adds no value to having a credit card from this Credit Union, and obviously was written by an incompetent programmer. Stay Far Away from this Georgia's Own (what a stupid name) credit union and anything they offer because the fees and terrible customer service will cost you a lot of your hard earned money and all of your sanity. If they went bankrupt it would be the best thing for everybody.
